This website is operated by Strategic Sloth LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. These terms describe use of the website and our digital book offers. Software, games, bespoke services, or third-party tools may have separate licenses or agreements presented with those products. Describing a product in development or awaiting launch is not an offer of immediate access or a guarantee of a release date.

What a book purchase includes

The product page and checkout identify the digital book or bundle, included items, and price. Book offers on this site are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions or printed books. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise; applicable taxes and the final total appear before payment. Review the contents before ordering.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for checkout. Its buyer terms also apply to the transaction. Use an email address you can access for the receipt and delivery. If an order or download is missing, use the support details in the receipt or contact us below.

30-day book refund guarantee

Our digital book and book-bundle offers include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase using the support details in your receipt or privacy@strategicsloth.com. Include the order number and purchase email so the order can be located. You do not need to justify why the book was not right for you.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy; payment-provider processing times can vary. This guarantee is additional to any mandatory rights you have for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content. It does not shorten those rights. Different products or service engagements may specify their own refund terms before purchase.

Using the books and tools

You may read purchased books, keep personal backup copies, and apply the ideas and exercises to your own work or business. Commercial use of what you learn is allowed. Buying a copy does not transfer copyright or grant permission to resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or repackage the book, sample pages, artwork, or included materials as your own product. A specific template or asset license takes precedence where provided; statutory exceptions remain available.

Strategic Sloth and its licensors retain rights in their respective content, branding, and software. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Do not misuse the site, infringe others’ rights, introduce malicious code, or interfere with access or security.

Education, availability, and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and a working site, but availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, free website resources are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, our express refund promise, or responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Future changes will carry an updated date. They do not retroactively remove the product description, refund promise, or mandatory rights applicable to a completed purchase. Applicable law and any non-waivable rights remain in effect.
