Strategic Sloth LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States, and operates this studio and learning website. Contact privacy@strategicsloth.com about privacy or your information. This notice covers this website, enquiries, and our handling of book-order information. Separate applications, games, and linked services may have their own notices.

Information used to provide the site

When you visit, hosting and delivery providers may process your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and technical logs to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information necessary to deliver them.

If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any information you include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information. This website does not ask you to create an account or submit account credentials.

Orders and payments

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record, including payment processing, receipts, and digital delivery. We may receive order and customer details needed to provide the product, answer support requests, and handle refunds. Card details are entered with the checkout provider, not into a payment form operated by this website.

Checkout resources load to support purchases. When you use checkout, Lemon Squeezy processes information under its privacy policy and buyer terms.

Optional analytics and advertising

With your analytics choice enabled, Google Analytics measures page visits, interaction events, campaign attribution, and purchases. With your advertising choice enabled, the Meta Pixel measures visits, interactions, and conversions for advertising. These providers may receive device and browser information, online identifiers, page addresses, and event data. Google Analytics is configured without advertising personalization signals.

Advertising disclosures may constitute “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Advertising is off until you opt in. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising off. We do not send the text you enter into the creator planning tools as an analytics event.

Browser storage and your choices

Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to accept or reject analytics and advertising independently. Both are off by default. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to six months; clearing browser storage resets it. Declining optional tracking does not prevent reading or purchasing.

When optional measurement is enabled, the site stores campaign information in local storage and checkout attribution in session storage. Checkout attribution is treated as stale after 30 minutes. Changing to essential-only clears this site’s stored attribution and accessible analytics/advertising cookies; your browser can also clear cookies set by other services. A choice change reloads the page so the selected services can be stopped or started cleanly.

Purposes, recipients, and retention

We use information to operate and secure the website, deliver purchases, respond to messages, maintain business records, and—when you choose—measure use and advertising. Relevant providers receive information needed for hosting, communications, checkout, or enabled measurement. We may disclose information when legally required or to address fraud and protect legal rights.

Where applicable, processing relies on contract performance for orders, consent for optional tracking, legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests for proportionate security and enquiry handling. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the provider and your location.

Business records are kept as needed to fulfill the purpose, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Provider-side retention follows the relevant service’s settings and policies. This notice does not promise immediate deletion of records that must legally be retained.

Requests, children, and updates

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Email us with your request. We may need proportionate verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

This studio and business-learning website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. Separate game products require their own audience-appropriate notices.

We will update this notice when practices change and identify its revision date. A policy update does not itself change your optional tracking choices.
